Nerehore Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone using Nerehore, operated by [Operator]. By logging in you agree to them.

1. What Nerehore is — and is not

1. Nerehore is a listing and ordering tool for vendors and residents of the same apartment community.
2. Nerehore is not a seller, delivery service or payment provider. Each order is a direct agreement between the resident and the vendor.
3. Vendors set their own items, prices, stock and delivery. Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, legality and accurate description of what they sell, including any food-safety registration that applies to them.
4. Payment is made directly to the vendor on delivery, by cash or UPI. Nerehore does not collect, hold or refund money.

2. Accounts

1. You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number.
2. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your phone can log in as you.
3. Give accurate name, block and flat details.

3. Placing and managing orders

1. An order is sent to the vendor when you tap "Place order". It is confirmed only when the vendor accepts it.
2. You may cancel an order until the vendor accepts it. After that, contact the vendor directly.
3. A vendor may reject or cancel an order (for example, if an item has run out) and will give a reason.
4. Prices shown at checkout are the vendor's prices at that time.
5. Complaints about an order (quality, quantity, delivery, payment) are between you and the vendor. You can also report a vendor to us; we may pause or remove vendors who break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: place fake or prank orders; harass vendors or residents; misuse other people's contact details obtained through Nerehore; attempt to access other communities' or users' data; or interfere with the service. We may block accounts that do.

5. Contact details

Vendors receive your contact details only to fulfil your order. Residents receive vendors' published contact numbers. Neither may use them for unrelated messages or share them.

6. Availability and liability

1. Nerehore is free for residents and is provided "as is". Vendors pay a subscription under the Vendor Agreement. We try to keep it available but do not guarantee it will always work.
2. To the extent the law allows, [Operator] is not liable for any loss arising from goods or services sold by vendors, or from orders not fulfilled.

7. Changes and ending use

We may update these terms and will ask you to accept changes. You may stop using Nerehore and delete your account at any time.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have jurisdiction.
