Nerehore Privacy Policy

Nerehore ("we") is run by [Operator]. Nerehore lets residents of an apartment community order from local vendors in the same community. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who can see it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect

We do not collect card or bank details, identity documents, photos, or your location. Payments for orders happen directly between residents and vendors. For vendor subscription fees we keep only the amount and the UPI reference you give us.
2. Who can see your data
- The vendor you order from sees your name, phone, block, flat, order and note — only for orders placed with them.
- Residents of your community see vendors' business details (vendors only).
- The platform administrator can see data to run the service, approve vendors and handle complaints.
- Service providers who host the platform, send SMS and monitor errors process data on our behalf under contract, and only in line with this policy. Data is stored in India.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We never show one community's data to another community.
3. How long we keep it
Login codes: 24 hours. Logs: 30 days. Orders: 3 years (for vendors' records and disputes), after which your name, phone and flat are removed from them. If you delete your account, we erase your profile within 30 days and anonymise your past orders.
4. Your rights
You can:
- see and correct your details in My details;
- ask for a summary of the data we hold about you;
- withdraw consent and delete your account from My details or by contacting us;
- raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below), and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
Withdrawing consent means you can no longer place or receive orders.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections, one-time login codes, restricted access and regular backups. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
6. Age
Nerehore is for users aged 18 and over.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will show the new version and ask you to accept it at your next login.
